Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beat Me If You Can (“the Platform”), including registering for or participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Tournament Participation

By registering for a tournament and submitting your entry fee, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
• You are permitted one submission attempt per tournament. This submission is final and determines your ranking.
• Practice mode scores do not count toward your final ranking.
• Tournament results are calculated using verified replay data. The Platform’s scoring is final.
• Submissions flagged by anti-cheat checks may be held for review and are not guaranteed prize eligibility while review is pending.
• Prize payouts are distributed according to the published payout structure and are subject to on-chain verification.

3. Fair Play

All submissions are subject to anti-cheat verification. The Platform reserves the right to flag, review, and disqualify any submission deemed suspicious, including but not limited to:

• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Replay duplication or tampering.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game client.
• Fingerprint or session anomalies.

Flagged submissions may be approved, rejected, or disqualified after review. Rejected or disqualified submissions may be removed from prize eligibility and may not receive a prize even if the provisional score would otherwise rank. Disqualified participants forfeit their entry fee and any prize eligibility.

4. Wallet & Identity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and secret ID. The Platform cannot recover lost secret IDs or reverse on-chain transactions. Ensure you save your secret ID immediately after registration.

5. Prize Claims

• Prizes must be claimed before the claim deadline shown on the results page.
• Unclaimed prizes after the deadline may be forfeited.
• Each prize can only be claimed once via the on-chain claim process.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from smart contract failures, network issues, wallet errors, or force majeure events. Use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
